Safari Chair by Gerd Lange for Bofinger, 1960s
Black safari chair designed by Gerd Lange and made by Bofinger, Germany in 1966. The chair is made with only two screws for the backrest; the wooden connections are pushed together and are held in place by the canvas upholstery. This chair has an oak frame and black canvas upholstery. Considering its age in good original condition, some fading of the fabric (see pictures). Dimensions: h x w x d = 70 x 64.5 x 65 cm and the seat height is 36.5 cm.
