Jouko Järvisalo
After Jouko Järvisalo graduated from the University of Art and Design Helsinki in 1977, he started designing furniture. In 1986, he established his own design studio. In addition to being a designer, Jouko Järvisalo is also a professor of furniture design and has received several awards. His work can be seen in museums around the world including the Stedelijk museum in Amsterdam.
