Alvise Guzzini pendant lamp by Luigi Massoni from the early 1970s, made of orange plexiglass with an integrated white diffuser and distinctive chrome-plated support ring. The rounded cylindrical form, translucent shade and concealed light source create a warm, diffused light. A rare early example of Italian Space Age design.
The Alvise was designed by Luigi Massoni for Guzzini, then marketed under the Design House (DH) label, and produced in Recanati, Italy. The lamp has an impressive size: the shade measures 44 cm in diameter and 58 cm in height; the total height including the suspension is 104 cm. The condition of this Alvise Guzzini pendant lamp is very good, with only light signs of use consistent with age. The plexiglass retains its deep gloss and intense colour. The lamp has been checked by an electrician and is suitable for contemporary use.

10% DISCOUNT AT PICKUP When you choose to collect your order, you get a 10% discount, because it saves us packing and shipping. Another advantage is that you can inspect your purchase in real life and take the item with you when you like it. Most of the time we are in the store. Please let us know in advance on the order form, email or telephone. On Friday and Saturday between 13:30 and 17:00 we are in the warehouse. Check our website for exceptions. Once we know that you will visit, we reserve your purchase, usually three days. Please let us know if you want us to keep the item for a longer period of time. FREE SHIPMENT WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS AND TO ANTWERP, BRUSSELS, PARIS and BERLIN Shipment is for free within the Netherlands and to Antwerp, Brussels, Paris and Berlin. Postal packages within the EU are included in the webshop prices as well. If the items you choose are too big for a postal package, we can make you a custom quote. That is also the case for shipment outside the EU, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process in our webshop. MARGIN SCHEME, VAT AND EXPORT
All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Ztijl normally applies the margin scheme. This is a special VAT regulation that applies, among other things, to used goods. Under this scheme VAT is included in the price but is not stated separately on the invoice.
For private and business customers outside the European Union we use the same prices. As compensation we do not charge additional payment or handling fees.
Do you have a business with the right to reclaim VAT? In that case we can provide a quotation or invoice with regular VAT on request. For businesses within the EU (but outside the Netherlands) we can issue an invoice with 0% VAT when a valid VAT number is provided. An intra-Community supply is generally only possible when the item is shipped.
