Hans Agne Jakobsson 2158/5 AB Markaryd 5-light ceiling lamp from the 1970s, executed in brass with glass globes that create a warm and atmospheric light. The design with four arms gives the lamp a balanced composition and a calm light distribution. Suitable as ceiling lighting where atmosphere and spread are central.
The lamp was designed by Hans Agne Jakobsson and produced by his own company AB Markaryd in Sweden. Model 2158/5 executed in brass with five light points and glass globes with a lightly tinted golden sheen and subtle iridescent coating. The lamp is marked with the original AB Markaryd sticker with red triangle logo and model number. Dimensions: 45 × 45 × 34 cm (W×D×H). Material: brass and glass. These lamps were also sold by Philips, catalogue 82/83 page 145 and 150 and 81/82 page 169 and 174.
The condition of the lamp is very good. The wiring has been checked by an electrician.

10% DISCOUNT AT PICKUP When you choose to collect your order, you get a 10% discount, because it saves us packing and shipping. Another advantage is that you can inspect your purchase in real life and take the item with you when you like it. Most of the time we are in the store. Please let us know in advance on the order form, email or telephone. On Friday and Saturday between 13:30 and 17:00 we are in the warehouse. Check our website for exceptions. Once we know that you will visit, we reserve your purchase, usually three days. Please let us know if you want us to keep the item for a longer period of time. FREE SHIPMENT WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS AND TO ANTWERP, BRUSSELS, PARIS and BERLIN Shipment is for free within the Netherlands and to Antwerp, Brussels, Paris and Berlin. Postal packages within the EU are included in the webshop prices as well. If the items you choose are too big for a postal package, we can make you a custom quote. That is also the case for shipment outside the EU, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process in our webshop. If the shipping costs can't be calculated online (yet), you can choose to request a custom quote. We will let you know the shipping costs as soon as possible. If you have specific wishes regarding the delivery of bigger items, like express delivery of the second floor, it is possible that we quote additional costs. MARGIN SCHEME, VAT AND EXPORT
All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Ztijl normally applies the margin scheme. This is a special VAT regulation that applies, among other things, to used goods. Under this scheme VAT is included in the price but is not stated separately on the invoice.
For private and business customers outside the European Union we use the same prices. As compensation we do not charge additional payment or handling fees.
Do you have a business with the right to reclaim VAT? In that case we can provide a quotation or invoice with regular VAT on request. For businesses within the EU (but outside the Netherlands) we can issue an invoice with 0% VAT when a valid VAT number is provided. An intra-Community supply is generally only possible when the item is shipped.
