Bedside Tables by Peter Ghyczy for Horn, 1970s
€ 1.295
incl. BTW (indien van toepassing) volgens de margeregelingSet Baydur bedside tables designed by Peter Ghyczy (1940-2022) for Horn Collection (Germany), 1970s. Peter Ghyczy born in Budapest is a German designer of Hungarian descent who settled in the Netherlands later. One of his well-known designs is the Garden Egg Chair. Peter Ghyczy was, among other things, specialized in casting techniques. These cabinets from the Horn collection are made of Baydur. Baydur (Polyurethan-Duromer finished with brown lacquer) is a plastic that was then used for molding furniture in special shapes. The cabinets have four wheels and are therefore mobile. The condition is still good and original with normal traces of use and wear to the laquer (in the metal handles, see photos). Dimensions per cabinet: h x w x d = 48 x 50 x 50 cm. Marked: Horn Collection, Made in W.- Germany. The price is for the set.
