Poul Cadovius
Poul Cadovius was a Danish designer and furniture maker, best known for the Royal System: a modular wall unit he developed in the late 1940s. His design was innovative — light, flexible, and adaptable to any space — and has since become one of the design classics of the twentieth century. The Royal System is also considered an iconic example of Danish design. At Ztijl, you’ll regularly find original Royal System setups.
