Sciolari
Sciolari Lighting was the family business of designer Gaetano Sciolari (1927–1994). After his father’s death, he took over the company and initially designed exclusively for Sciolari Lighting. Later he also worked for other lighting manufacturers such as Stilnovo, Lightolier, Progress Lighting, S.A. Boulanger and Lyfa. The brand is known for designs that combine chrome, brass, crystal, frosted glass and geometric shapes in innovative ways — from cubism to minimalism.
