Hein Stolle

Hein Stolle (1924-2006) was a leading Dutch architect and furniture designer. His interest in furniture design arose while studying interior design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, where he was taught by Cor Alons and Mart Stam, among others. His designs were soon noticed and included in prestigious collections such as Goed Wonen, De Bijenkorf, Ons Huis Ons and Metz & Co. In addition, his works can be seen in leading museums, including the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.
