Gaetano Sciolari
After the death of his father, Gaetano Sciolari took over the family business Sciolari Lighting. He initially designed exclusively for this brand, later also for Stilnovo, Lightolier, Progress Lighting, S.A. Boulanger and Lyfa, among others. His designs combine shiny and satinised metals such as chrome and brass with crystal and frosted glass, moving between cubism and minimalism. His work has been appreciated internationally, both in Europe and the US.
