Gispen hanging lamp (no: 64/2057/2077) designed by WH Gispen in about 1934. This is an original old hanging lamp with one tube shuttle and a metal shell of matte nickel-plated copper. A reflector of opal glass, which is missing here, rested in the metal shell. This glass dish was also available separately and could be ordered in smooth or frosted glass. There are 4 bakelite fittings in the lamp. The company Gispen had this lamp registered in 1934. Really a collectors item.

Considering its age, this Gispen hanging lamp is still in very good condition; no dents and wiring has been replaced. The glass reflector is missing but the lamp can also be used without this glass bowl. A rare design classic that you will not often encounter.
