What does the coronavirus mean for online ordering at Ztijl Design?
First of all, you can still order online and transport will continue. The virus cannot be spread through packages and shipments. You can therefore simply place your orders. Visiting is only possible by appointment.
Keep in mind that your shipments may be delayed. Especially in severely affected areas and countries with tightened procedures. These measures might also have consequences for parcel and pick-up locations. In the event of a local lock down, these locations may be closed. That is why we recommend sending your shipments directly to your own address. This makes it of extra importance that someone is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If not, shipments can be returned with additional costs.
In addition, deviating deliveryprocedures have been introduced. Human contact will be avoided (1,5 – 2 meter personal distance) in connection with carrier precautions. For example, with the consent of the recipient, deliverers will sign for delivery and orders can be delivered at the door.
In our warehouse we also keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters and we have taken additional hygiene measures, especially with regard to payments.
In any case, we are still fully in business, update the website weekly with our new vintage acquisitions and are ready to process your order.
